Refund policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To initiate a return, email hello@grimdarklabs.com within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused in original condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
